Our 2024 Kick-Off event was filled with energy and enthusiasm as we recognised and celebrated the incredible efforts of our staff members who have gone above and beyond, embodying the spirit of the goals that define our company.

The celebration didn't stop there – the evening event allowed the team to toast to the successes of the past and embrace the exciting challenges that lie ahead in 2024 and a fantastic evening was had by all.
On receiving the award for the Plymouth Manufacturing Team, Manager, Rob Oxenham said:
“It was a great event and lovely to see all the staff together to reflect on everyone’s achievements and listen to how MatOrtho is advancing. I feel very proud of my team here in Plymouth for winning the Team of the Year Award, alongside the Leatherhead crew, which goes to demonstrate the many talented people across both sites”.
