MatOrtho Appoints Rachel Robinson as Commercial Excellence Manager

MatOrtho Ltd is pleased to introduce Rachel Robinson as the newly appointed Commercial Excellence Manager. Rachel has an abundance of experience as a performance driven & influential Global learning partner, certified Gallup Strengths coach and engagement expert. In her previous role, Rachel served as Global Learning Partner at Pearson.

Prior to her tenure at Pearson, Rachel served as a Commercial Excellence Manager, contributing significantly to the UKI Country Leadership team at Hillrom-Baxter. In this role, she played a pivotal part in fostering profitable sales growth across all departments while establishing a culture of excellence. Preceding her role at Hillrom-Baxter, Rachel held a dual position as National Training/Regional Sales Manager at Aspen Medical Europe Ltd.

Rachel has been hugely successful in her MedTech career by building teams that are focused, aligned, talented & who she has deep genuine trusting relationships with. This has led Rachel on a path to winning multiple regional sales manager of the Year awards and team of the year.
